Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking with PSTourism

1. Payment Policy
  • A 40% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
  • An additional 60% must be paid upon check-in.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • In case of cancellation or failure to comply with the payment terms, no refund will be provided.
  • No refunds will be issued for skipped portions of the itinerary, including sightseeing or meals.
  • Cancellation charges, if applicable, will follow the company's policy, which must be clarified before booking.
3. Changes to Itinerary
  • PSTourism reserves the right to modify the itinerary to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all travelers.
  • Any such changes will be communicated promptly, and travelers must cooperate accordingly.
4. Force Majeure
  • PSTourism will not be held liable for cancellations or rescheduling due to unforeseen events such as political unrest, natural calamities, or other disturbances.
  • Any additional costs incurred due to such events must be borne by the traveler.
5. Travel Documents
  • It is the responsibility of the traveler to carry all necessary travel documents, including identity proof, permits, and tickets.
  • PSTourism is not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.
6. Hotel and Cab Services
  • Travelers must adhere to the policies of the hotels and cab services.
  • Any damages or misconduct may result in penalties, for which the traveler is fully responsible.
7. Health and Fitness
  • Travelers must ensure they are medically fit to participate in the tour.
  • Any specific medical needs must be communicated at the time of booking. PSTourism is not liable for any health-related issues that arise during the trip.
8. Travel Insurance
  • Comprehensive travel insurance is recommended to cover potential losses, medical emergencies, or other unexpected incidents. PSTourism does not provide insurance coverage.
9. Behavior and Conduct
  • Travelers are expected to behave respectfully and follow all instructions provided by tour guides and company representatives.
  • Inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in termination of services without a refund.
10. Safety Guidelines
  • Travelers must follow all safety guidelines provided during the trip.
  • Any injuries, accidents, or losses will not be the responsibility of PSTourism.
11. Baggage and Personal Belongings
  • Travelers are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings.
  • PSTourism is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the trip.
12. Group Tours
  • For group tours, travelers must adhere to the schedule and timings provided.
  • Late arrivals or absences may result in missed activities, for which PSTourism is not responsible.
13. Special Requests
  • Any special requests (e.g., dietary requirements, room preferences) must be communicated at the time of booking.
  • While PSTourism will try to accommodate such requests, fulfillment is not guaranteed.
14. Jurisdiction
  • Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India.
15. Acceptance of Terms
  • By booking with PSTourism, travelers acknowledge and accept all the above terms and conditions.
